Whether you're looking to get into the RV lifestyle, just want to upgrade your old, worn out coach, or you just know a good value when you see one; take a look at this TRIPLE SLIDE '04 R-Vision Condor 1350 by Monaco. R-Vision is a division of Monaco who also makes Holiday Rambler and many other quality RVs so it's good to know that your manufacturer is STILL IN BUSINESS and you're still backed by a nationwide network of service & support! Of course, we don't know of any support or service this coach needs. It just turned only 22,000miles!

We picked this up at a bank auction so rest assured the miles are accurate because Bank of America may be cheating people out of their homes, but they aren't messing with odometers. We only buy bank repos for this very reason. You get a nice coach and not some worn-out unit that someone traded-in because it had issues. This Condor is extra-nice both inside and out. We like the modern front fascia with integrated fog lamps. Someone opted for the $8,000+ optional FULL BODY PAINT as well. If you haven't seen a coach with full body paint in person then you just can't understand what a major enhancement it provides compared to regular vinyl-striped motorhomes. With THREE SLIDEOUTS you have unmatched living space plus this one features the sought-after REAR LOUNGE area which we just love. It's our favorite floorplan design that includes french doors leading into the bedroom and a TV that swings out for the optimal viewing angle.

The living room features a large, airy feel thanks to the big slideout. The dinette has real suede-covered cushions for the ulimate in luxury and comfort. The kitchen area includes hard surface (Corian?) countertops with integrated sink area and matching sink covers. All the appliances are in great shape and this coach has no pet or smoking odors present that we can detect.

The bathroom features a large neo-angle glass shower with overhead skylight for unmatched spaciousness. There's a large medicine cabinet/vanity along with a real porcelain toilet. Even if you don't buy our coach, get a porcelain toilet. They last longer and the quality is something you can feel. :)

Condor's bedroom is unmatched in living area thanks to the TWO big slideouts plus it has a large mirrored wardrobe that combines with spacious drawers and overhead storage to accommodate all your travel needs. The mattress isn't your usual cheap RV unit...it's a real residential-quality mattress.

We recently picked this coach up at a bank auction in Texas then drove it nearly 500miles back to our place here in Mississippi with NO PROBLEMS. When we tell you that this coach is ready to hit the road, we aren't just whistling Dixie...we've put it to the test! With only 22K on the odometer, the Vortec V8 is barely broken-in! Don't let those miles worry you. We won't touch a motorhome that has been lived-in full time. That is NOT the case with this one as it has no smoking, pet, or other odors. The Onan 7000 genset purrs like a kitten as well it should with only 400 hours & it powers everything in the coach with ease.

We inspect and photo what you see and what you can't see. We'll also be glad to email you detailed, closeup pictures of any area you'd like to see more of. People ask us all the time what is the catch to our vehicles. They assume that the prices are low because there is something wrong with them. Nothing could be further from the truth! Our secret is simple...LOW OVERHEAD. We are an internet-only dealer. We do not maintain regular office hours or a large sales facility. We simply have a Mississippi bonded dealer's license, a storage lot, and a computer. Since we don't have dozens of mechanics, helpers, salesmen, secretaries, etc. on our payroll; we are able to sell at greatly reduced prices.

You will notice that we sometimes go with private auctions. Our reasons are twofold...the latest scam is to send bogus 2nd chance offers to customers from a fake email address in an attempt to scam them out of money. With a private auction the scammers won't know who our bidders are so if you get a 2nd chance offer from us you will know that it is the real deal! In addition, we set our reserves to sell which upsets other sellers! In fact, sometimes we set our reserve $1,000 or more below what our cost is. This leads other sellers to email our customers and knock our product! We will provide the winning bidder, upon request, with a complete bid history including the usernames & bid amounts of all other bidders. All new or low feedback (under 5 positives) bidders must first email us for no other reason than just to make contact. This way we know we have serious bidders! If you don't make contact we will cancel your bid and black you out from future bidding. We do this to avoid the de@dbe@t bidders, so please respect our policy. We've put this vehicle through our EXTENSIVE inspection process & can report it has a great ride & drive! MS Residents Must Pay The 5% State Sales Tax on all motorized vehicles (7% on anything else such as campers, travel trailers, etc.) and a $99 Title/Doc Fee. All Other U.S. Buyers Will Pay Their Own State Taxes Themselves In Their Home State along with a $99 Documentation Fee in addition to the winning bid. This covers our costs for a notary, Fedex charges, and other paperwork including a temporary transit tag. Lousiana, Canadian and other foreign buyers must pay a $149 Documentation Fee to cover the extra Fedex and other expenses associated with doing international (and Cajun) paperwork.

Winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. Balance due within 5 days of auction end. This is due to the large number of de@dbeat bidders out there. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or otherwise dispose of it. PLEASE arrange your own financing prior to bidding. Payment Must Be Made VIA Cashier's Check, Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer, or Cash (in person). We must be able to verify funds prior to vehicle delivery. Generally we have almost all titles on hand. However, we sometimes buy vehicles that are dealer trade-ins where there is a payoff involved so the title may be delayed. Feel free to contact us if you need to verify we have the title on hand for a particular vehicle. All Titles Are Held For Up To 14 Working Days For Funds To Clear, Then Will Be Sent via Priority Mail. On Average, Titles Go Out Within a Few Days, But Occasionally There May Be Delays Beyond Our Control. We Cannot Accept Credit Card or Escrow Payments.

We're happy to help ARRANGE shipping however ultimately it is the buyer's responsibility to pick up or ship the vehicle. If you want to have your vehicle shipped we recommend DAS Auto Shippers. We've used them many times in the past with good reults. For the best rate contact them directly. Call 800-626-2505 for the fastest quote. To save money be sure and specify "terminal to terminal" shipping. We'll drop the vehicle off at their local terminal here at no charge to save you money. If you pick up the vehicle at a terminal nearby instead of having it delivered to your doorstep then you'll save even more!

If you don't want to make the long trip home then we have a local retired Army Sergeant Major that can drive most vehicles to you. He charges $1/mile for cars, $1.25/mile for light trucks and SUVs, and $1.50/mile for heavy-duty trucks and RVs. His charge is non-negotiable and must be paid separately.

If you prefer to fly in & drive home we'll be glad to pick you up at Jackson Internation Airport ("JAN"), the local Greyhound station, or the Amtrak Depot. Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (CST). Please arrange your flight times accordingly. We are more than happy to provide free pickup during normal business hours. We no longer will deliver vehicles after-hours or on weekends. Occasionally things pop up like a blown fuse or a headlight going out and after hours a mechanic isn't there to fix it.

We will store your vehicle up to 90 days free, however you must provide full coverage insurance. We will not be responsible for damage or theft while in storage here. Our insurance policy will not allow it.

If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please make sure that the contact information (email address and phone number) in your ebay profile is up to date. If you're email bounces back on us then we will block you from further bids until you call us. Occasionally we may call to verify a bidder is legitimate. If we can't reach you then we reserve the right to cancel your bid.
